Un Grito Gallery is excited to present "Breaking Frames: Shattered Realities”, a Parallel 29 exhibition featuring 8 Mexican artists challenging borders and perspectives. This show will open Thursday, October 2nd and Friday, October 3rd, 2025, from 7-10 pm with a closing reception held on October 16th, 2025. Breaking Frames: Shattered Realities brings together eight contemporary Mexican artists whose works explore memory, identity, and imagination through painting, drawing, and mixed media. The exhibition focuses on images and symbols that resist fixed meaning, moving between fragmentation, transformation, and spiritual resonance. From intimate reflections to surreal universes, the artists invite viewers to reimagine cultural narratives and discover new ways of seeing and inhabiting reality.
