"From Another Life" by Elise De Luna (Soft Opening)

Artist Statement:

“From Another Life” is a collection of images from the past 15 years, l’ve been capturing small moments from my life and saving the images for something special but while in quarantine, I went through my collection and had the terrible thought that perhaps I would never get a chance to share the images with anyone. The photos are both a collection of real moments and a combination of images created using multiple images. The digital manipulation of the images have been delicately composed, there are multiple images where either a combination of two images or a chromatic aberration of one image brings forth a new vision for digital editing. For example, texture and color combinations were added between shifts of light from a black and white moment captured digitally to bring a newfound quintessence to the simple image.
