About the event
These paintings are inspired by my Green Series, a collection of 333 green pieces exhibited at Clamp Light Studios and Gallery in July 2024. Through grounding practices, healthy eating, and nervous system regulation, I was able to regain my sense of luck, creativity, and intuition. Expanding the palette to include more colors has been a fun, refreshing shift after working solely with green—my favorite color so far. My hope is to inspire other artists to nurture themselves, discovering how self-care can fuel creativity and growth.
