Un Grito Gallery is excited to present "My Vagina is a Haunted House”, a solo exhibition of works by Hannah Prince. This show will open Thursday, July 2nd and Friday, July 3rd, 2026, from 7-10 pm with a closing reception held on July 16th, 2026.
Statement:
My work embraces magic as an essential and real force, grief as a transformation of both soul and body, and visual meditation on the divine feminine. With dynamic color and gestural marks, I utilize the figure to reimagine connection to self and spirit with both boldness and sensitivity on a large scale. The human body is a landscape, a vessel that connects the living and dead. As our bodies are landscapes, I investigate the importance of the forest and our earth as place and concept.
